Nuremberg - June 27, 2019 - Orpheus DataCatergorizer has received SAP certification for the SAP HANA® platform. The solution has been proven to run on SAP HANA and leverages its unique capabilities.

The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) provides certified partner applications based on the SAP Cloud Platform that have been enhanced to work with SAP cloud solutions and run on the SAP Cloud Platform.

Orpheus DataCategorizer helps customers quickly achieve the group-wide visibility into their procurement data required for reliable analyses. An AI-based framework implements multiple Semantic Data Management (SDM) capabilities to automate expense classification, harmonization, structuring, enrichment, and improvement of all relevant (procurement), transactional, and master data.

With our outstanding mixture of seamless integrated algorithms, it is very easy to classify 100% of your spend (direct, indirect & spend without POs) based on invoice- and purchase order positions. After the preclassification with our permanently extended knowledge database, the user will validate and extend the classification quickly with help of our sustainable expert system. The Orpheus Similarity method boosts the speed here by transferring user-based classification steps to other similar objects. Finally, this knowledge is learned by the Orpheus auto-classification ML-machine and continuous the manual work on future data without user interaction.

The Orpheus Supplier data management module uses several techniques of linguistics, pattern recognition & AI to eliminate duplicate entries, merge suppliers of different countries & writing systems (e.g. latin, cyrillic, hebrew etc.) and structure them in a hierarchical and procurement specific way. The whole process is supported by a supplier expert knowledge database that also contains information about M&A transactions and is able to copy cleansed attributes to customer master data.
