What is Procurement Performance Management (PPM)?

Procurement performance management, or PPM, refers to the holistic process of managing and increasing the added value of the procurement organization.

In doing so, the process is observed from the finding of savings potentials (transparency in procurement) via modern methods of spend management and their realization through procurement initiatives (see Initiative Management) to the final measurement of success (see Procurement Performance Measurement) and for sustainable management over the course of several years.
